Frisco Baking Company is a family owned business that has been at the same location in Los Angeles for over half a century. The third generation owners take pride in what they bake, as their fathers and grandfathers did.
Our goal is to produce an all-natural product with an old world quality at a reasonable price. We bake the bread fresh daily, and our sourdough is made with a natural culture as it has been since 1941. We also make a variety of excellent French and Italian breads.
Frisco Bread is served in some of the finest restaurants and delis in Southern California. Several of these well-known establishments, (like The Pantry, Philippess, and Musso & Frank Grill) have been our customers for over twenty years. We also pride ourselves on excellent service and relationship with our customers. Our sales staff, office, and drivers are committed to customer satisfaction.
